In furtherance to his humble drive to give back to his constituents, Hon. S.O.B AGUNBIADE has commissioned CLEARLINE Health Management Organisation International, (offering health insurance Product called BetterHealth) to conduct medical screening on interested members of Ikorodu Constituency 1(comprising Ikorodu Local Government, Ikorodu West, and Ikorodu North) on February 14th (Valentine Day). The programme will hold at Ayangbure’s Palace Pavillion .
Provisions have been made for a total of 1000 constituents to benefit from this health Insurance Scheme. In addition, persons screened, will also enjoy free medical treatment for one year in any of the 5 accredited private hospitals in the constituency.
ELIGIBILITY
Interested resident of Ikorodu Constituency 1, with health challenges or those that desire to check their health status can take advantage of this great opportunity.
Artisans, market men / women, Community Development Association members, Traditional Rulers, Political Leaders, Ward executives, Political Office Holders and members of the public are targeted to benefit from the scheme. They can also nominate anybody around them that needs medical assistance.
Registration forms are available and should be obtained and completed to qualify for the free 1 Year medical insurance.
Please not that all forms must be returned to the Constituency Office on or before February 5, 2018, to allow the production of Identity Cards by the Service provider.
The scope of Medical treatment is contained in the form to be obtained.
